…d resolved typos (xerocodee#68)

[X] Built locally on ubuntu 23.10 with npm run build 
Create function was inside the if block but it was called outside the if
block inside onSubmit funciton, so it was creating a reference error.
Therefore, I defined the create function outside the if block and called
it inside the if block.
